In a landmark collaboration, Blocks, the smartest locker technology, has partnered with Sharry, a leading workplace experience platform. This partnership aims to transform how employees interact with their workspaces and buildings, creating a more seamless and efficient environment for modern offices. By integrating smart lockers with Sharry’s workplace and mobile access solutions, the partnership addresses the growing need for flexible, technology-driven solutions in today’s workplaces.
It’s easy, convenient, super-fast and secure. You just need to hold your smartphone or smart watch near the reader. The best part? You don’t even need to wake or unlock the device or open any apps and your Apple Wallet badge will still work for up to five hours even if your iPhone needs a charge.
That's all what it takes to store, share or retrieve any item in and from Blocks-powered lockers. This seamless access experience is facilitated through the Sharry workplace app utilizing HID Mobile Access technology.Â
With an employee badge in their workplace app or mobile Wallet, occupiers can easily access their corporate and shared spaces – from entrance doors to the rooftop terrace – as well as parking, elevators, or printers. Now, thanks to the partnership, employees are one step closer to a fully integrated workplace.
This partnership marks an exciting chapter for workplace innovation. By merging the benefits of both smart technologies, Blocks and Sharry empower employees with flexible, easy-to-use tools that streamline operations, enhance security, and offer a more productive work environment
— Bartolomej Holubar, Co-founder and CEO of Blocks
Workplaces have become increasingly digital and employee-focused, and combining Blocks' locker system with Sharry offers a holistic approach to office management and workplace experience. Sharry’s workplace platform already integrates mobile access, visitor management, reservations, occupancy analytics, and more, while Blocks enhances this ecosystem with smart solutions for storing, sharing, and delivery.Â
Together, they create an integrated system that simplifies daily workflows and boosts employee satisfaction:
Sharry and Blocks enable users to open lockers, store the items and retrieve them easily via a mobile access badge in Apple, Google or Samsung Wallet or simply by “swipe-open” in the Sharry white-label workplace app. This eliminates the need for physical keys or cards, streamlining the process and making storage management quicker and more accessible.
In the Sharry app, people can check the locker availability and book it directly from their desk or home, saving time by eliminating the need for in-person checks and ensuring they secure a locker when needed.
Employees can easily store and share items (documents, agreements, samples, hardware) with a colleague by simply selecting their name from the list, enabled by the synchronized user directory across both platforms.
People are then notified about the delivery of stored items, reminded if they don't collect them, and alerted when their self-storage is nearing expiration, all within time windows pre-selected by the employer.

We've noticed a significant rise in interest from our enterprise clients regarding smart lockers. If Sharry already allows users to manage access rights, parking, and guest invitations, it only makes sense to extend that functionality to assigning personal lockers. Likewise, when a company adopts mobile badges, staff expect to use them seamlessly across all areas, not just at entry points. This is why I'm delighted about our partnership with Blocks whose innovative smart locker solutions contribute to an outstanding workplace experience
— Josef Šachta, CEO and Co-Founder of Sharry
The integration will be officially presented and launched at Blocks' booth at ORGATEC, the world’s leading trade fair for modern work environments. At ORGATEC, we’ll demonstrate how Blocks can transform the way you manage storage and logistics in your workspace and how Blocks can be accessed by smartphone or smart watch thanks to the integration with Sharry.
